  • Purchase contract or acquisition cost analysis with purchase price
  • How much money you need
  • Investment strategy: [] Flip or [] Rental
  • Exit strategy  

What Coyote Capital Investments will do:  

  1. Inspect property and verify value
  2. Loan up to 75 percent of value
  3. Order title insurance
  4. Prepare closing documents
  5. Pay trustee or title company at close of escrow and give you the remaining money  

Important conditions to know:  

  • All loans are short-term and are not for permanent financing
  • Monthly interest-only payments are made to Coyote Capital Investments LLC
  • Principal due in full at maturity
  • Investor Properties Only
  • Homes cannot be owner occupied
  • Hazard insurance is required prior to closing
